تطبيق «بودي آند شيب» مملوك ومُشغَّل من قِبل البائع الفرد خليفه غالب سعيد بن حماد النعيمي (المُشغّل لعلامة «بودي آند شيب» / Body & Shape) («نحن»)، وأنت تتعاقد معه مباشرةً. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
يجب أن يكون عمرك 16 عامًا فأكثر لإنشاء حساب. أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك. يحق لنا تعليق أي حساب يُستخدم بشكل مسيء أو احتيالي.
يوفّر التطبيق خطط تغذية وبرامج تدريب ويوغا ومتابعة للتقدّم لأغراض التوعية واللياقة العامة فقط، ويتضمن ميزة مساعدة داخلية تشرح الخطة وتقترح بدائل الوجبات ضمن بياناتك. المحتوى إرشادي وعام وليس استشارة طبية أو علاجية أو تشخيصًا.
بعض الميزات قد تتطلب اشتراكًا مدفوعًا. تُعرض الأسعار ومدة الاشتراك قبل الدفع، ويتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغه قبل نهاية الدورة. تُعالَج عمليات الدفع والفوترة والضرائب والإلغاء والاسترجاع عبر بوابة دفع آمنة، راجع سياسة الاسترجاع للتفاصيل.
تتم عملية الطلب لدينا عبر بوابة دفع آمنة تتولّى معالجة الدفع والفوترة والضرائب والاسترجاع نيابةً عنّا، وتُعد تاجر السجل (Merchant of Record) لجميع طلباتنا، وتتولّى استفسارات خدمة العملاء المتعلقة بالشراء.
يُمنع نسخ أو إعادة بيع أو توزيع المحتوى والفيديوهات والخطط، أو محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو استخدامه بطريقة تضر بالمستخدمين الآخرين.
جميع العلامات والتصاميم والفيديوهات والنصوص داخل التطبيق مملوكة لـ خليفه غالب سعيد بن حماد النعيمي (بودي آند شيب) أو مرخّصة له.
تستخدم التطبيق على مسؤوليتك الخاصة. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي إصابة أو ضرر صحي أو خسارة ناتجة عن تطبيق التمارين أو الخطط الغذائية دون استشارة مختص.
نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لإتاحة الخدمة، لكننا لا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق متاحًا دون انقطاع أو خاليًا من الأخطاء، وقد نُجري صيانة أو تحديثات تؤثر مؤقتًا على التوافر. وباستثناء ما يقتضيه القانون، تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون أي ضمانات ضمنية بالرواج التجاري أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن.
يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى الخدمة في حالات: الإخلال الجوهري بهذه الشروط، أو عدم سداد الاشتراك، أو وجود مخاطر أمنية أو احتيال، أو تكرار مخالفة سياسات الاستخدام. وعند الإنهاء يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذف حسابك عبر التطبيق.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.
The Body & Shape app is owned and operated by Khalefa Ghalib Saeed Bin Hammad Al Nuaimi, a sole trader in the United Arab Emirates trading as Body & Shape. By using the app you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be 16 or older to create an account and are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Body & Shape provides nutrition plans, training and yoga programmes, progress tracking, plus an in-app assistance feature that explains your plan and suggests meal alternatives, for general fitness and wellbeing purposes only. The content is general guidance and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any diet or exercise programme.
You may not use the service unlawfully or fraudulently, send spam, infringe intellectual property, scrape, probe or interfere with the security of the service, or resell, redistribute or reverse engineer our plans, videos and content. All content, videos, designs and branding remain our property or that of our licensors, and you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before payment and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period. Our order process is conducted by a secure payment gateway that acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handling payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, together with our refund policy.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance; to the fullest extent permitted by law the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You use training and nutrition content at your own risk. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. We may update these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
