مشتريات واشتراكات iOS تُدار وتُفوّتَر بواسطة Apple، وتخضع لسياسات Apple وقرارها بشأن الاسترجاع. لا يستطيع Body&Shape إصدار استرجاع لهذه المشتريات. يمكنك تقديم الطلب مباشرةً عبر reportaproblem.apple.com. ضمان 30 يومًا المذكور في هذه الصفحة لا يشمل مشتريات App Store.

يمكنك إلغاء اشتراك الموقع في أي وقت من صفحة الاشتراك أو عبر بوابة العملاء. أما اشتراك iOS فيُلغى من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple. عند اختيارك «الإلغاء الفوري» يتوقف التجديد ويُغلق محتوى الباقة في الحال؛ وإذا كان إلغاؤك خلال أول 30 يومًا من الطلب يحق لك طلب استرجاع كامل للمبلغ كما هو موضّح أعلاه.
بعد الموافقة على الاسترجاع تُعاد المبالغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها، وقد تستغرق 5–10 أيام عمل حسب البنك أو مزوّد البطاقة.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee only for subscriptions purchased directly on the Body & Shape website.
iOS purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies and decisions. Body & Shape cannot issue refunds for these purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. The website's 30-day guarantee does not apply to App Store purchases.
Refunds are processed by our payment processor, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund email us at support@bodyandshape.app and we will help you complete the request.
You can cancel a website subscription from its subscription page or customer portal. An iOS subscription is cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Choosing immediate cancellation stops renewal and ends access to the plan content straight away; if you cancel within the first 30 days of your order you can also request a full refund as described above.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
