نحترم خصوصيتك ونجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق.
يُشغّل تطبيق «بودي آند شيب» البائع الفرد خليفه غالب سعيد بن حماد النعيمي (المُشغّل لعلامة «بودي آند شيب») («نحن»)، وهو المتحكم بالبيانات (Data Controller) المسؤول عن البيانات الشخصية الموضّحة في هذه السياسة. للتواصل بشأن الخصوصية: support@bodyandshape.app.
لتقديم خططك وحساب أهدافك وعرض تقدمك، ولتزويد ميزة المساعدة داخل التطبيق بسياق دقيق عند سؤالك، ولتحسين الخدمة. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
بموافقتك نحفظ محيطات الخصر والورك والصدر والذراع والفخذ، ونسبة الدهون وماء الجسم وكتلة العضلات الهيكلية الكلية التي تدخلها، وتاريخ القياس ومرفق التقرير إن اخترته. نحفظ صور التقدم مع تاريخها وزاويتها، وأهداف الكتلة العضلية وحدك الأقصى الشخصي عند إضافتها. ترتبط هذه البيانات بحسابك وتُستخدم لعرض المقارنات والتقارير الشهرية وتنبيهات أهدافك فقط.
نقارن كتلة العضلات المسجلة منفصلةً عن المحيطات، ونربط الصور بتاريخ القياس وزاويتها دون استخراج كتلة عضلية من الصور أو قراءة تقرير InBody تلقائيًا. التقارير الشهرية تلخّص سجلاتك المتاحة ولا تعوّض الأيام أو القيم الناقصة؛ تغيّر المحيط أو الصورة لا يثبت نمو عضلة بعينها.
إضافة هذه البيانات اختيارية، ولا يؤثر نقصها في اكتمال بيانات التخطيط. لا تُرسل القياسات أو تقارير InBody أو صور التقدم أو الأهداف العضلية إلى المدرب أو الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا تُستخدم للتتبع الإعلاني. الوصول إلى الصور والمرفقات الخاصة يكون بروابط مؤقتة. يمكنك حذف القياسات ومرفقاتها والصور والأهداف من صفحاتها، أو حذفها مع حسابك من «المزيد ← حذف الحساب».
على iPhone تعالج Apple الشراء والفوترة والاسترجاع. على الموقع يعالج الدفع Ziina (بطاقة/Apple Pay) أو Tabby (تقسيط)، ويصدر Body&Shape الإيصال ويتولى طلبات الاسترجاع عبرها. على Android تعالج Google Play الشراء. تُجمع بيانات الدفع لدى هذه الجهات وفق سياسات خصوصيتها. نحن لا نستلم ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقًا، ونتلقّى فقط حالة الاشتراك ومعرّفاته.
نستعين بمنصة Lovable لخدمات الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والمصادقة والتخزين، وبخدمة Google Gemini عبر بوابة Lovable AI لمعالجة رسائل المساعد الذكي وتحليل صور الطعام عند اختيارك لهذه الميزات، وبـ Apple لإدارة مشتريات iOS. تُعالَج البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل كل خدمة فقط.
لا يتصل التطبيق بتطبيق «الصحة» (Apple Health) تلقائيًا. إن أردت إدخال بياناتك، فهناك طرق اختيارية تختارها بنفسك: في تطبيق iOS يمكنك الضغط على «ربط ومزامنة الآن» من شاشة «مزامنة بيانات النشاط»، فيطلب iOS إذنك صراحةً ثم نقرأ من صحة أبل (بما فيها بيانات ساعة أبل) الخطوات والوزن ودقائق التمرين والسعرات النشطة فقط، دون كتابة أي بيانات. كما يمكنك بدلًا من ذلك رفع ملف تصدير من Apple Health (CSV أو JSON) من شاشة الاستيراد، أو تفعيل المزامنة برمز شخصي يرسل به بياناتك إلى حسابك. لا يصل إلينا أي شيء آخر من Apple Health. تُحفظ هذه القيم في حسابك لعرض تقدمك، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات ولا تُباع ولا تُشارك مع وسطاء البيانات، ويمكنك سحب الإذن من إعدادات صحة أبل أو إيقاف المزامنة في أي وقت ويستمر باقي التطبيق بالعمل. إذا استخدمت المساعد الذكي بعد الموافقة المنفصلة عليه، فقد يتضمن سياقه وزنك الحالي وخطواتك اليومية، بما فيها قيم سبق أن استوردتها.
البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل، والوصول إليها محكوم بقواعد أمان تمنع أي مستخدم من رؤية بيانات غيره. نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا، وعند حذف الحساب من «المزيد ← حذف الحساب» تُحذف بياناتك وصورك فورًا من قاعدة البيانات، وتُزال من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا. يُستثنى سجل الفوترة (المبلغ والتاريخ والباقة دون بيانات صحية) الذي نحتفظ به 5 سنوات لأغراض قانونية وضريبية.
يمكنك تعديل بياناتك من داخل التطبيق، وطلب نسخة منها، أو حذف حسابك وكل بياناته نهائيًا من «المزيد ← حذف الحساب» أو بمراسلتنا. كما يحق لك تصحيح بياناتك أو تقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها أو نقلها أو سحب موافقتك، وسنردّ خلال مدة لا تتجاوز شهرًا واحدًا.
إذا فعّلتِ ميزة «الصحة النسائية»، نخزّن تواريخ الدورة والغزارة والأعراض والمزاج والملاحظات التي تسجّلينها. هذه البيانات تُعامل كأعلى فئة حساسية: مشفّرة أثناء النقل، ومحصورة بك وحدك عبر قواعد أمان صارمة، ولا يمكن لأي مستخدم آخر الوصول إليها. لا تُستخدم إطلاقًا للإعلانات، ولا تُباع، ولا تُشارَك مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا يُسجَّل محتواها في أي تحليلات (نسجّل فقط أن الميزة مفعّلة). يمكنك إيقاف الميزة أو حذف بياناتها وحدها في أي وقت من «الصحة النسائية ← الإعدادات» دون حذف حسابك.
لا يُرسَل محتوى الصحة النسائية أو الدورة الشهرية إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي إطلاقًا — هذا مطبَّق تقنيًا في الكود، وليس وعدًا نصيًا فقط.
المساعد الذكي ميزة اختيارية. عند استخدامه، يُرسَل محتوى رسالتك والمعلومات اللازمة لتوفير سياق مناسب (اسمك، وزنك الحالي، خطواتك اليوم، وجباتك المسجّلة وتمارينك للأسبوع الحالي) إلى مزوّد خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي لمعالجتها وتوليد الرد. نطلب موافقتك الصريحة قبل أول إرسال، ونحفظ تاريخ الموافقة ونسختها. رفض الموافقة لا يمنعك من استخدام بقية ميزات التطبيق، ويمكنك سحب الموافقة في أي وقت من «المزيد ← سحب موافقة المساعد الذكي». لا نبيع هذه المعلومات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. ردود المساعد إرشادية وداعمة فقط، وليست تشخيصًا طبيًا ولا بديلًا عن استشارة مختص رعاية صحية مؤهّل. يمكنك تقييم أي رد أو الإبلاغ عنه، ونحفظ عندها الرد المُبلَّغ عنه وسؤالك المرتبط به فقط لغرض المراجعة.
يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا من «المزيد ← حذف الحساب نهائيًا»، أو عبر الصفحة العامة bodyandshape.app/delete-account. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف بيانات حسابك وسجلات اللياقة والصحة النسائية وسجلات المساعد الذكي، عدا ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به لأسباب قانونية أو ضريبية أو أمنية.
الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 16 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
عند مشاهدة بث مدربك نستخدم مزوّد البث LiveKit لنقل الصوت والصورة لحظيًا فقط، ولا نسجّل البث ولا نحفظه. لا يُطلب إذن الكاميرا والميكروفون إلا من المدرب عند بدء البث. نحفظ بيانات الجلسة (العنوان والموعد) والبلاغات وقوائم الحظر لأغراض الأمان والإشراف.

Account data (name, email, phone, optional profile photo); fitness data (weight, height, age, goal, steps, logged meals, workout, yoga and cycle-tracking entries you choose to record); optional body measurements, manually entered InBody values, private progress photos and reports stored with your consent for progress tracking, never sent to trainers or AI and never used to adjust plans automatically. Measurements and temporary report download links can be exported from your profile; records and attachments can be deleted there and upon account deletion. Subscription status and identifiers from our payment provider; and basic technical data needed to run and debug the service. We never receive or store card data.
To create your account and deliver your plans (performance of contract); to process health-related and cycle data and send optional reminders (your consent, withdrawable at any time); to keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); and to keep billing records where required (legal obligation). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
With your consent, we store entered waist, hip, chest, arm and thigh circumferences, body-fat and water percentages, total skeletal muscle mass, measurement dates and optional report attachments. Progress photos include their date and view; personal muscle goals and maximums are stored when you add them. These account-linked records support comparisons, monthly summaries and personal goal alerts.
Recorded muscle mass is compared separately from circumference. Photos are paired by exact measurement date and view, not converted into muscle mass; InBody attachments are not automatically read. Monthly reports summarize available records without filling missing days or values. Circumference or visual changes do not prove growth of an individual muscle.
These entries are optional and do not affect planning-profile completion. Body measurements, InBody reports, progress photos and muscle targets are not sent to trainers or AI, or used for advertising tracking. Private images and reports use temporary access links. You can delete records, attachments, photos and targets on their respective screens or delete them with your account under More → Delete account.
Lovable (hosting, database, authentication and storage), Google Gemini through the Lovable AI gateway when you choose AI assistance or food-image analysis, Apple for iOS purchases, professional advisers, competent authorities where legally required, and our payment processor, the Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds, under its own privacy policy.
The app does not connect to Apple Health automatically. If you want your data in the app, optional user-initiated ways exist: in the iOS app you can tap "Connect & sync now" on the Activity data sync screen, iOS then asks for your explicit permission, and we read only steps, weight, exercise minutes and active calories from Apple Health (including Apple Watch data) without writing anything. Alternatively you can upload an exported Apple Health file (CSV or JSON) on the import screen, or enable sync with a personal token under More → Activity data sync. Nothing else from Apple Health reaches us. These values are stored in your account to show your progress, are never used for advertising, sold, or shared with data brokers, and you can revoke the permission in Apple Health settings or turn sync off at any time while the rest of the app keeps working. If you separately consent to and use the AI assistant, its context may include your current weight and daily steps, including values you previously imported.
Data is encrypted in transit and isolated per user by strict database access rules. We keep it while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except billing records kept for legal periods. You may access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or erase your data — including deleting your account and all of its data in-app under More → Delete account, or via bodyandshape.app/delete-account — and withdraw consent at any time. We respond within one month.
The AI Assistant is optional. Your message content and the context needed to answer it (name, current weight, today's steps, logged meals and this week's workouts) may be sent to a third-party AI service provider. We ask for your explicit consent before the first transmission and store the consent timestamp and version; declining leaves all non-AI features usable, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Women's Health / menstrual cycle content is technically excluded from AI prompts and context. AI output is informational and supportive only — it is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for qualified healthcare advice. You can rate or report any AI response; we then store only the reported response and its related question.
Live audio and video are relayed in real time through our streaming provider LiveKit and are not recorded or stored. Camera and microphone permission is requested only from a trainer who starts a stream. We keep session details, reports and block lists for safety and moderation.
